Finally decided to lurch up and out of the mothballs...

And into my latest attempt at a blog.
For those who don't know me, my name is E, and I live in the slightly manic city of Hong Kong. Growing up, I hurtled through a series of adventures which rapidly hardened my palate into something rougher and readier than the average Spartan at Thebes... which means that while I do have my quirks, there's nothing I won't try at least once.
I'll be posting about how I grew up here and my experiences wandering around the world and eating my way through cities, forests, oceans and bedrock. I'll also be posting about my more recent foray into fitness, which has led me lurching through one vinyasa class to another. It's been interesting so far, and I hope it'll entertain you too. For instance, I may be the first person to successfully attempt an inversion of crow pose- by which I mean tilting headfirst into the ground... maybe more than once.

Next up, what I've been doing to plan my very first trip to Burma. How many times should I apply for a visa? When do I stop panicking? Stay tuned!
